Message Frequency

Message frequency varies. You may receive up to 8 marketing messages per month. Transactional messages may be sent as needed.

Standard message and data rates may apply. Gold Harbor Group does not charge for SMS messages, but your carrier may.

How to Opt Out

Reply STOP to any message to opt out. You will receive one final confirmation and no further marketing texts will be sent. Reply START to re-subscribe at any time.

  • Service Providers: Third-party vendors assisting with CRM, scheduling, email delivery, and hosting — bound by confidentiality agreements.
  • Regulatory Authorities: As required by state insurance departments, CMS, or other government agencies.
  • Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
  • With Your Consent: For other purposes with your explicit permission.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to unaffiliated third parties for direct marketing use.
